This information helps us contact you and smoothly provide you with different forms of digital asset trading services. This information includes but is not limited to: your personal identity information, contact information, transaction information, and your debit card information and/or other account information (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Service Information").
If you only need to use browsing services, you do not need to register as a member and provide the above information.
Real-name Authentication: After you register and log in, you need to enter the "Personal Center" to complete real-name authentication. During the real-name authentication process, you need to provide the platform with your real name, ID card number or passport number.
Advanced Authentication: When your transaction volume on this platform exceeds a certain limit, the platform will require you to undergo advanced authentication to protect your asset security. You agree that during the advanced authentication process, in addition to providing the information required for real-name authentication, you will also undergo the "facial recognition" advanced authentication procedure according to the platform's requirements. Facial recognition will involve the platform collecting your related video streams or facial images.
Account Information Display: If you already have a platform account, we may display your above personal information in the service (if it is real-name authentication, only the authentication result will be displayed, that is, whether you have passed authentication) and your operations in products and services associated with your platform account, including centrally displaying your personal data and transaction orders through your platform account. When you use the services provided by this platform or access this platform, to ensure the security of your transactions and the safe and stable operation of the services, this platform needs to automatically receive and record your web browser information, your device information (IDFA, operating system, device model, device manufacturer, system version, Android ID, IMEI, MAC address, etc.), your IP address and the web page records you request to access, your location information, network environment, device fingerprint information, service log information, software information, location information, etc.
